A small team that runs partner programs
Harbor & Vale started in 2018 as a two-person partner operations practice. Today we are 11 people in North America and Europe. We work remotely and keep no office.
What we hold to
- A partner can only follow a rule they can find and read one way.
- Every rule lives in one place: the guide. The portal, the FAQ and the people answering questions give the same answer it does.
- Every number has a unit and a starting point: “90 calendar days from approval”, not “90 days”.
- Programs change, and partners hear about a change before it takes effect.
