Services
What we do for your partners
Five services for software vendors that sell through partners. Buy one or several; each one keeps your guide, your portal and your partner team giving the same answer.

- Covers

Program guide audits
Deadlines with a start, days that say calendar or business, and one answer to every question.
- Covers
- We read your guide the way a partner does, and the way software reading it for a partner does. We find rules that read two ways, deadlines with no unit or start, rules that point to a portal or price list instead of stating themselves, sections that contradict the FAQ, and rules locked in pictures.
- You get
- Your guide marked up, and a ranked list of fixes.
- Typical length
- 2 to 3 weeks
The usual order
- Step 1 Audit, 2 to 3 weeks: Your guide, your portal and one quarter of partner questions.
- Step 2 Design, 8 to 12 weeks: The program and its guide, approved by you.
- Step 3 Run, yearly: Partner ops, PRM administration, and MDF and incentives, with a monthly review.
